I was able to get an immediate ENT appointment, but I’m not sure the app shared I was interested in an ENT visit. They seemed to be pushing for blood tests and procedures unrelated to my visit, even telling me it as time for a pap smear… The NP shared a lot of information, but didn’t seem to care to even let me finish my sentences, and talked at me the whole time. I’m grateful they saw me quickly but won’t be coming back.

I had a great experience at Dr. Patel’s office. The space is clean and well-organized, everything was provided right on time, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
I came in to check my heart after experiencing some pain during strength exercises. Dr. Patel explained that it could be caused by intense physical activity and advised me to slow down. They performed blood tests and checked my heart rate, and everything came back normal with no issues. I’m very relieved and happy that I can continue going to the gym and staying active. Highly recommend!

Great staff. The nurses were amazing and friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE on Medicaid thinking that care is subpar. This practice goes above and beyond making it feel like you have private insurance instead of making you feel like you’re on government aid. Hardly any wait times, registration forms to fill online, appointment reminders and I can’t say it enough….excellent staff. From the front desk to the patient table, this practice is a wonderful place to go!!

This was my first time here but was treated like family. I was so impressed to see the staff were waiting for us and they made my young son feel so comfortable. I drove from Palatine as I stated to the person at the front desk, he was on a phone talking to heaver.Telling me to fill out some information about me.. it did not get off the phone. Tell me, are they close down at ten o'clock and he'll be back at three. I stated okay.Should I stay?Side yes. Ask me for my insurance card.Stayed on the phone for about two minutes and then came back.And said, we don't accept your insurance.
