I drove from Palatine as I stated to the person at the front desk, he was on a phone talking to heaver.Telling me to fill out some information about me.. it did not get off the phone. Tell me, are they close down at ten o'clock and he'll be back at three. I stated okay.Should I stay?Side yes. Ask me for my insurance card.Stayed on the phone for about two minutes and then came back.And said, we don't accept your insurance. I staded it to him.I checked twice and on the website.Instead, it takes my insurance.He said, I don't know what to tell you.Have a good day..

My appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday, but when I called the office, Dr. Sheetalben herself unexpectedly picked up the phone. I explained that I couldn’t come on Saturday and asked if I could come on Friday instead. She kindly told me, “Don’t worry, you can come anytime on Friday until 2:00 pm.”
When I arrived at the office, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and collected my information. Since I was a new patient, she even gave me a thermometer as a welcome gift. A little later, when Dr. Sheetalben saw me, she greeted me cheerfully with a “Hi, kem cho?” which made me feel at ease right away.
I was called in quickly, and the nurse also welcomed me with a smile while asking some health-related questions.
On top of all that, Dr. Sheetalben Patel was extremely friendly and treated me like a family member. She is by far the kindest and best doctor I have ever met.

Plus, Dr. Patel handles many different healthcare needs in her office, making it really convenient. I'm going back in 2 days for her help with an unrelated issue that I had no idea she could help with!
