Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Zocdoc Patients)
Appointments scheduled through Zocdoc are reserved specifically for you.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made within 24 hours of booking the zocdoc appointment to avoid a fee.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours after the appointment is booked will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will result in a $50 no-show fee.
This fee is not covered by insurance and will be charged to the card on file.
Example:
If you book an appointment on Monday at 10:00 AM, you must cancel or reschedule by Tuesday at 10:00 AM to avoid the $50 fee.
By booking an appointment through Zocdoc, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.

Dr. Urban took the time to listen and explain my options after doing an annual skin screening. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed, even handling multiple requests in the same visit. The medical assistant was also very pleasant and professional. The office followed up the same day with a friendly call to provide additional information Dr. Urban said would be available. Wonderful communication and overall experience.

This was the first time I saw Dr. Urban for a full body scan. The office staff was friendly, and I was seen almost immediately upon my arrival. The doctor was very thorough in her exam and explained what she was doing.

Although I asked for a full body check, I was never given one but instead asked if there was a particular area of concern. Dr. Urban was very thorough in her exam and explaining everything. I’ve already scheduled my yearly exam for next year.
