Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Zocdoc Patients)
Appointments scheduled through Zocdoc are reserved specifically for you.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made within 24 hours of booking the zocdoc appointment to avoid a fee.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours after the appointment is booked will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will result in a $75 no-show fee.
This fee is not covered by insurance and will be charged to the card on file.
Example:
If you book an appointment on Monday at 10:00 AM, you must cancel or reschedule by Tuesday at 10:00 AM to avoid the $75 fee.
By booking an appointment through Zocdoc, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
