**For Insured Patients:**
Please pay your copay, if applicable, as per your insurance policy. If your insurance does not require a copay, we will request an initial payment to cover any potential claims that may not be paid.
**Important:** We DO NOT prescribe controlled substances (e.g., Xanax, Ativan, opioids, etc.) via Telehealth, except for ADHD medications, but only after seeing a new patient in our practice and signing a substance agreement.
Dr. Anna Tenorio is Board Certified in Family and Community Medicine as well as in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX, where she served as one of the Chief Residents. Following that, she completed her Fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. During her Fellowship, she also worked as an Urgent Care Physician to maintain her expertise in Primary Care.
Dr. Tenorio established her own practice to focus more on primary care, geriatrics, and palliative care. She is currently affiliated with the Trumen Physicians group and is managing and treating patients in post-acute care facilities.
With her strong interest in outpatient primary care and palliative care, Dr. Tenorio has created her own practice to provide telemedicine, house calls, and eventually, in-office visits. You can trust that she will take the time to listen to your concerns and treat you with the same care she would offer herself and her loved ones.

Rudely interrupted every time I try to speak even when asked a question. I booked a consultation, but the only thing made clear was I cannot speak during the consultation. Extremely frustrating. Phone conversations were the same experience, I was rudely interrupted after each word I spoke. Talking over me or at me is not communication.
