Horrible. I waited in the waiting room for over 20 min before deciding to call the office. They were unaware of my appointment even though they confirmed multiple times. They require past notes before the will refill a prescription which took longer than it should have. Once my script was sent it, the pharmacy tried reaching out to the doctor for questions and it has been over 2 days with no response so they still can’t fill it. Overall, it has been the worst experience ever dealing with this doc:/office.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a system. I was emailed prior to the appointment with private pay invoice, Paid the money, told I would be sent a link for video session. No link was sent. I called the number to the provider with no answer, left a message. Time of the appt came and went. Received a call back 15 minutes after the appt was scheduled to begin. The person on the phone was difficult to understand, didn’t know which Dr I was scheduled to meet. Finally got a link sent after 30 minutes for a new appt rescheduled for 15 mins later. Got on the link…no provider. Called back, no answer. Received a call back 15 mins later, caller couldn’t get the Dr on the phone. Sent new link. 30 mins later Dr appears, 5 mins, Dr logs off abruptly. 5 calls back and forth, told Dr was on but wasn’t, I never left the link room, no Dr. Finally after 2 hours from original appt time Dr appears. Paid for 60 min session, Dr done after 15 mins, no refund or apology. Never use Zocdoc or provider again
