I was a patient for Dr. Glassman prior and I prefer this office so much more! Amazing experience. Somehow very efficient while also thorough, informative, and makes sure you feel comfortable. Left feeling super supported.

Originally booked an appointment for one day and time and while I was out of town they proceeded to reschedule me multiple times without my authorization. when I finally came back in town the appointment was made at a time I couldn't do. I was finally able to get in touch with them and get it rescheduled. due to work I have had to put all appointments on one day which made me driving all across town and try to get to all of them in a timely manner. I was 20 minutes early but they still denied me even though I did all the paperwork online. I will not be rescheduling again with this office. haven't even been seen yet and have already had a very poor and unprofessional experience.

This was my first time visiting this office/provider. The building is older, so it had that "old building" smell, and the decor was a little dated, but that didn't concern me much. I was more interested in getting quality care, which I did. She was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. She gave me valuable/insightful advice and helped me make the best decision for my lifestyle and needs. She even referred me to another office for a separate issue. I will definitely be going back!
