By far the best eye exam I've had. The Dr. throughly explained the results of all the tests and answered all my questions. All of the ladies in the office were exceptionally nice and patient. The environment was welcoming, as were,the staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Perri and her outstanding staff to anyone needing a eye exam!! Jessica the optician was so helpful in helping me pick out the right frames. She made picking out frames fun and easy. I can't wait to get my new glasses!

The receptionist was cold and unclear about how my insurance would be used, especially after upselling me on a different type of eye exam. I left unsure whether my visit would be covered, with no good-faith explanation provided. Michael, who did my intake, was excellent — warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Perri was also kind and thorough in explaining my exam results. Unfortunately, the technician who assisted me afterward (possibly named Becky or Tiffany) was dismissive and cold. Her tone and behavior made me feel like I was a burden, and she ended our conversation by walking away mid-sentence. The contrast between caring staff and those who seemed indifferent was unsettling. Because of this, I don’t feel comfortable returning and would not recommend the clinic to others.
