I am new to CA and finding a new primary care Dr. sooner than later was important to me. After getting sick, it became a much bigger priority.
I took the first available appointment listed online, which happened to be a week later. I wasn't particularly happy about that. Who can stand to be sick for that long before seeing someone? I had no major illness, so I knew I could hold out but it did make me a bit leery and wonder how hard it would be to get an appointment in the future if I really was sick.
When I arrived (15 mins early), I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Chaudhary also has a walk-in clinic. This information may be listed somewhere online, but I didn't see it anywhere or in any of the reviews that I read.
I was seen after my scheduled appointment time, but there were a couple of elderly patients ahead of me with some disabilities which required a little extra time, which is understandable. The waiting area began to fill up before I was seen and was full by the time I left.
Dr. Chaudhary was very pleasant. Great bedside manner and asked enough questions to make me feel like I wasn't in some sort of "patient puppy mill" where she was churning through patients to get to the next. She advised of some non-medicinal things to try in addition to some lab work and a follow-up. I'm glad she didn't just throw a Rx at the problem and call it a day. She seemed to want to get to the root of the issue.
I left feeling confident in my choice about selecting this Dr. and comfortable with her approach to my "treatment".

Dr. Chaudhary is an excellent doctor. She makes you feel comfortable and really takes the time to listen to whatever is making you feel ill. Going to visit her you can rest assured that she isn't going to just prescribe you something and send you on your way. She asks the right questions and really tries to get to the root of the problem.
