After some previous bad experiences that made me not want to visit the doctor, I found Dr. Vaidya to be pleasant, attentive, and show genuine concern with issue I brought up. After a few minutes I felt comfortable speaking about concerns I had about my health. The staff was also friendly, and the office space very clean.

I will not be returning. I booked an appointment with Dr Omkar Vaidya and was seen by a NP. April the NP was great, but if I wanted to book an appointment with an NP, I would have booked an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner. Very disappointed to not even be visited for any amount of time by the Dr that I booked an appointment with, and then asked to make that Dr my PCP with my insurance - having never met that Dr. That is unacceptable and I will not be returning. Additionally, Dr Vaidya's office does not have the ability to perform any useful perfunctory services of even the most basic Doctor's offices. They do not have access to any kind of phlebotomist (they send you to Quest - I can do this on my own), they cannot/do not give vaccines (they send you to CVS - I can do this on my own), and everything is farmed out to specialists. I am extremely disappointed that I wasted my time with this visit.

Dr. Vaidya is great! Very caring and very helpful. His entire team is very friendly and ready to help as well! I felt warm and welcomed there! Dr V was able to find out stuff about me very quickly that other doctors weren't able to find out in years. He's very smart!
