I have never gone to a dentist where they can't process insurance right then. They called and asked for my insurance card even though they had my coverage information without the card. I used the option the provider has on their website to email directly from the account and they never opened it saying they thought it was a virus even though the email is from the insurance company's domain and states the insurance company in the body of the email. I waited 2-3 weeks for a call and now I just decided to go to another dentist and did not have to deal with the hassle I had from this office. I can forgive the late arrival of the provider because there was traffic but I did not feel I received the best service and was left more confused and frustrated that i wasted my day going there only to get absolutely nothing done and somehow still ended up with a high charge to my insurance still.

The staff was quick I literally showed up at 9:31AM for my appointment that was 9:30AM I got called to the back by 9:33AM everyone is super friendly and the office was clean I loved the atmosphere felt like more of a family environment rather than a full on business
