Ariana is professional and incredibly insightful. She is great at listening, then giving gentle direction that helps you become aware of patterns and gives alternative paths for achieving your goals. She is able to offer outside perspective on issues that may be keeping you stuck. Ariana is clearly knowledgeable about emotional development for both young people and adults. She has given me perspective as both an individual and as a parent. As a therapist she has an interactive style that is empathetic and yet also 'tells it as it is'. I feel she has helped me gain confidence and I have learned to make better decisions for myself and my young one. I feel fortunate to have landed with Ariana as my therapist.
