Dr Rave's office is quite old school with files galore. However, Dr. Rave was very thorough in questions and issues to look for. I was there for an annual physical. Blood samples and urine were taken in the office and I need to go back to get the results and discuss next steps.

This was my first appointment. Dr Rave made me feel at ease. He was thorough in his assessment. He was a good listener. All the tests and procedures that he recommended were done on the premises, with friendly efficiency from all his staff.

Doctor is thorough and promptly follow up through video tele visits to look out for patients. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Time provided to patients is less than 7 minutes that is very quick.

Office is outdated, dark and messy, from the 80's at best.
They messed up my appointment, didn't even know I was scheduled.
Then ran into billing issues, went for a wellness checkup, they coded incorrectly and added services never requested.
Not worth the headaches.

Virtual apt isn’t on zocdoc, they will call you for your Info! Apt was at 4pm doctor didn’t come on til I called the office at 5:30…. Then asked for a doctors note to be emailed which they also don’t do, only fax. Receptionists/assistant forgot to send doctors note until I called and left message once the office was closed. Then the following day went to try and pick up meds from the pharmacy and the pharmacist stated nothing was sent. Overall, had to call and leave a voicemail again, feel like there needs to be more organization in the office.
