Whether you struggle with interpersonal conflicts, have issues with self esteem, or social anxiety, my goal is to create a peaceful place for a nurturing, supportive bond between therapist & client. My aim is not to change who or what you are, but rather explore how you respond and relate to your external world to create a perception that better serves you in your daily life. My approach to therapy focuses on relationships by creating a safe & supportive environment for exploration and growth, where clients can feel understood and validated.

Most relevant

This was my very first session with a therapist. I was a bit nervous going into it but Arielle immediately made me feel at ease. She was easy to talk to and a great listener. After our first session I knew right away I wanted to move forward and continue working with her.
