I really enjoyed my visit. Dr. Shaikh was kind and attentive and she listened to my concerns. I went to her office as a new patient and the whole process was very seamless and I really appreciate how honest she was given that my last dentist lied to my about the amount of cavity I have and it turns out that I don’t have any. Would recommend anyone to consider Dr. Shaikh as your next choice for dentist!

I was extremely afraid of going to the dentist and prior to this visit it has been over 10 years since I i saw one.. Arifa Shaikh, DDS has changed me and I am no longer have that fear. She listen to my fears and gently took me through the process of cleaning and fixing a gap on my front tooth. She is fantastic, I highly recommend her .

Dentist did a great job but I had to tell her 5x that I didn’t want X-rays unless it was necessary. I think they saw I had good insurance and decided to try to pressure me into it. Won’t be going back.

Dr. Arifa was excellent. But, the hygienist, though very friendly, was clearly very inexperienced. X-rays took quite a while and she needed help from a peer to get one right after a few tries. She also caught my lip while polishing my teeth twice, which resulted in a painful blister on my lip. I’ve never had that happen before. The office’s equipment is also quite dated. I haven’t seen an X-ray machine like theirs in decades. There’s no TV or other form of entertaining distraction, besides a window if you’re lucky to be seated on that side of the building. Again, I really liked Dr. Arifa - she was fast and thorough and warm - but because of the other issues, I don’t think I’d return.

I dread going to the dentist but was highly impressed with Dr. Arifa & her patience. She treated my root canal (i have low pain tolerance) & didn't feel a thing. Super easy to reach. Will come again for teeth whitening

I had unexpected terrible tooth ache on Saturday morning-not sure how I am going to handle it. Called her office number surprisingly she returned call 45 min later. Wrote me a prescription to make pain manageable.
She gave me emergency appointment on following Monday, and explained to me on my X-ray, what she plans to do.
I was expecting root canal but her professional opinion was a “large” filling and that took care of the problem. (Thank You Dr. Arifa!)
Very pleasant, caring doctor who does not treat you like a number.
I rarely write review, but after my experience I want others to know about her.
I highly recommend her.
