Arika is a warm and welcoming person who is super easy to talk to! This is coming from someone who is a little too self aware and has struggled to connect with therapists in the past. She is a great listener and has me feeling hopeful for my next session . She provides the structure needed in order for me to truly self-reflect and grow as a person. I am happy to be working with her. It is not easy to seek help! She makes it feel much easier.
