I took an appt for my 85-year-old mother for vertigo & tinnitus to see Dr Catie Cortner. When we got there Dr. Cortner was unavailable & we had to see Dr Morgan. After the appointment, we were hit with a hefty co-pay. It felt like they had withheld this information from us until after the appt. They told us to come back for Dr Cortner to discuss treatment & payment options. When we arrived, instead of a one-on-one consultation, we were put into a room with other patients for a 45-minute sales pitch. She discussed other patients’ X-rays & histories without any apparent consent. My mother sat on a hard metal chair throughout that. We waited an hour & a half past our appt time. When I voiced my concerns, she insisted that her clinic had told everything. She claimed that she knew her patients well. When I asked her why my mother was there, she said that she was there for body pain when, in fact, she was there for vertigo & tinnitus. This proved that all she cared about was making money.

I love that they have reading material while you do the stretches and exercises too! Each season there is a new theme too!
