I literally met with a provider who I felt was all over the place and had decided that I needed to find another. I looked at and had read other reviews and scheduled my appointment with no high expectations. Dr. Blanche Katie not only gave me all of the time in the world to express how I was feeling and what I was going through. She was so informative, literally would stop and made sure I understood before moving forward. She was also comforting, and goal driven, not her goals either, she was driven on my specific goals and my expectations out of the treatment plan and I love that approach.

I will not be returning to Dr. Kattie. I have had worse experiences with psychiatrists, but this one wasn't great. The office will go above and beyond to contact you if they need something from you, but I sent 2 emails, texted, and called requesting information from our appointment and never received that information. Meeting with Dr. Kattie was okay, the office staff was super friendly and put me at ease when I checked in, but Dr. Kattie herself seemed in a rush and was very short. I felt like just a number rather than a person, I didn't feel like my personal experiences or needs were being taken into account. Not having access to my medication after switching insurances has been incredibly hard on my health and finding a provider has been my number one stressor for weeks, but I felt like she really didn't care.

Kattie is a phenomenal doctor. She is always quick and to the point, listens well, and has good judgment. She always makes sure that you’ll be followed up with and will make plans to see you again that day.

Dr. Blanche Kattie seems to be such a sweet person and very knowledgeable. I had little to no wait time to book an In Person appointment the same week. Inside the office is quite clean, as well as her staff being very friendly. I’ve had more care in monitoring my medications with her ( from a single appointment I made on ZocDoc ) than I have had with my primary care doctor and PHP provider. Looking forward to creating a good relationship with her, and I have high hopes that she can handle me.
