Had my 1st visit in June 2021 (early morning appt) - saw both John & Dr Ray. I found the office to be well-run, the front office was competent and friendly, and the care given was thorough. Heather in the front office was very helpful with getting my referrals ordered. Comfortable seating in the waiting room. I look forward to continuing my care with this provider.

The office was quite busy, but I still felt like they took the time to listen to me and my concerns. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ray, but I was seen by a FNP for the appointment, and then Dr. Ray came in to discuss certain aspects of the appointment and what next steps should be taken. I felt comfortable with the bedside manner of both the doctor and FNP.

Unhelpful and rude staff. Did not address any of my questions and left me to figure out everything on my own from what to expect next to unclear treatment plan. Very disappointing.
