The doctor was good. The waiting room was extremely crowded. Lots of people in a crowded space with not nearly enough chairs. That did not create a relaxed atmosphere!

My son scheduled my appointment as well as one for himself. Before we arrived my son's appointmrnt was cancelled due to insurance but they never even asked us about insurance. I went ahead with my appointment and later we requested from his insurance that they recommend a dermatologist in Buckeye that is covered and they recommended the same office. Who is confused here besides us?

I would have liked to had a few more minutes with the doctor to discuss skin issues. The 5 minutes I had was not enough time for a first time visit, especially after just having skin cancer removed 6 months ago!

The staff and provider were all nice as well as speedy. Couldn’t have asked for anything else, overall every aspect went as well as it should. The provider was very pleasant and caring, I felt very comfortable. I was extremely impressed at the efficiency of the office, it was probably the fastest appointment I’ve had while still getting everything I needed taken care of.

I found the staff and the doctor to be exceptionally warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable on my first visit with them. I was also impressed with the fact that I was able to make my own appointment on the website within a matter of a couple days. Exceptional doctor. Was impressed. Glad that I booked the appointment. He was informative and listened to my concerns. Office staff seemed put off and uppity. Did not appreciate their condescending looks and attitude.
