First visit: 60-minute in-person psychiatric evaluation → collaborative plan of care. Follow-ups: • Psychotherapy + med management — 45 min (video available on request) • Psychotherapy — 45 min (video available on request) • Medication management — 30 min (video available on request) Insurance & payment: I do not accept insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’ll provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement (HSA/FSA typically accepted). Good fit if you want: physician-delivered talk therapy, careful/necessary-only medication use, and a consistent, collaborative relationship.

Probably one of the best psychiatrists I have ever encountered in my life, and I have dealt with over dozens if not more. He is not robotic and actually listens to you and will work with you with even the most complex cases that other practitioners can't handle. I would give him a billion stars! What a lucky catch, never thought I'd meet a psychiatrist so nice and concerned, having only known me for a few minutes of small talk and coming up with a treatment plan that exceeded my expectations and got me on my feet. Also, if you know what medications you need and you've been established on and or would like to explore additional options and modalities, then this is the most flexible, open minded effective, inexpensive and highest quality of care psychiatrist you'll ever find!
