I was disappointed and frustrated from their strange policy
I told them about my insurance before my appointment and they accepted it
Upon my arrival and started to fill the paperwork, I was surprised that I have to agree to pay fees , which I did not accept since my insurance covers the basic eye vision exam
I talked with my insurance and they confirmed that the vision test is covered
Unfortunately, the staff manager kept arguing with me that my insurance covers only the diffraction test but not the basic eye vision test to get my glasses prescription
The impression I got from the Arlington Heights eye vision clinic needs to make money from retirees who have Medicare health insurance coverage
So I decided to get back all the paper work I did and left this clinic with frustration and disappointment
I will never go back to this clinic even if it is the only one in the USA !!!
I don’t recommend this clinic to others, especially those who have Medicare health insurance coverage.

Dr LaBrosse was very soothing and made you feel comfortable right away very great experience. Answered any questions I had and also gave me information that I've never gotten from any other eye Dr for my problems with dry eye. Thank you for making my appointment easy and making it a pleasant one.

Terrible stomach pains from arthritis meds. Tore up my stomach. Meds doctor prescribed. The meds they prescribed were useless.
She put me on elimination diet. She supporting me all the way through. Results right away.

Dr Labrosse has been my Dr for at least 20yrs. I had chronic dry eyes. With her recommendations on eye drops and pills I rarely use them anymore as my eyes feel great. She explains everything in detail. I feel so comfortable with her. She recently diagnosed me with cataracts and I know when the time comes for me to have them removed she will recommend a good ophthalmologist and she will do the post care to see what glasses I will need . I will be in good hands with dr Labrosse. We moved to Wisconsin a few yrs ago and decided to keep her as our eye doc. Best decision I ever made.
