I showed up at 830 for my 9am appointment. Doors locked. Fine. At 9am the doors opened and 3 people had 9am appointments. Fine. 920am they ask me if I made an appointment. I said yes online on zocdoc. Oh we don't check that unless we're told to. Hand me paperwork to fill out. 930 they ask for ID and insurance card. 940 I ask will it be much longer. We can't verify your insurance yet so you'll have to keep waiting. No I won't. Give me my cards back I'm leaving. Very disappointing experience. I'm not going back.

Terrible nurses who are inexperienced. Had bloodwork as part of my visit, and the first nurse who did my venipucture failed to draw blood after the 2nd vial, and had to get another nurse for help to redo it. Meanwhile I am waiting there with my arm out watching her twirl the needle in my arm. Not pleasant.
To top it all off, I received an enormous bill for the doctor visit (in-network) along with the lab work. If you are going to charge someone astronomical amount of money, at least give them the courtesy of a call after the results comes in?

Relatively fast wait time. He listened to my concerns and asked me questions about my condition as well as suggests possible treatments. Very efficient appointment.

Dr. Pang is pretty good when seeing patients. He clearly asked critical questions about my health condition and provided his advice. He is also a rare example of nowadays doctors willing to check prostate by hand.
However, there are two issues I encountered not related to Dr. Pang himself: 1. the appointment system is apparently a failure. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to see Dr. Pang, which also caused me late for a meeting.
2. According to my insurance company, as an network doctor, Dr. Pang is not supposed to charge me any fee for annual check. But the front desk lady told me that they charge office visit copay for new patient no matter what. I just consulted with my insurance again and was told that there is no such new patient fee.
