Dr Erickson has delivered 3 of my boys. He is kind, patient and extremely respectful. I highly recommend him. I was terrified having a male doctor for my first baby and was adamant about having a female doctor, but based on his reviews I gave him a shot. I’m glad did. I never looked for another doctor. I had 2 more babies and still booked with him. He listened to my concerns and didn’t ask any questions when i wanted to refuse something. He will do things your way, and make sure you are comfortable. I definitely recommend him!

I have been going to Dr. Erickson for 18 years and he is the best. He delivered my third daughter and I didn't start seeing him late as I had recently moved to the area. He makes you feel instantly at home and comfortable. He has also handled other surgeries for me and was always amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am in a bit of a unique situation but Dr Erickson took my concerns seriously and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend him and his practice to a family member and friend.

Better communication from the front office. I arrived 15mins early for any needs for paperwork. And I was taken back to a room over 30mins after my appointment time (without them letting me know dr was running behind). I also filled out all my forms online and still have to fill everything out again in the office.

Dr. Erickson was absolutely amazing as was the ultrasound tech. The front desk was average in terms of service with the exception of one girl who was sweet. Would absolutely recommend him again and can’t wait to go again.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I informed them of my presence and they wanted me to fill out forms. I told them I filled out forms online. After that, it took her 45 minutes to put those into her computer for some reason. I watched her and kept checking with the front desk as to when I would be next.? I watched as everybody before me and everybody after me was called in. I had arrived at 7:35 AM. My appointment was 7:45 AM. At 8:25 AM, I walked up to the front desk for a third time and informed them I was canceling the appointment and leaving. They had no regard for my own schedule. I would never recommend going through Zocdoc. Go through your own primary care doctor instead and get a referral. ?

Sadly I had an unpleasant experience I found out I was having twins and that was a big shock to myself and my husband we expected to see dr Erickson but instead his pa came in I had to stop her and ask who she was because I didn’t have an introduction. She stated I was high school idk will need a c-section and sent us on are way talking over me every time I had a question. I was supper disappointed that dr. Ericson did think it was important to stop in and talk to us after finding out such important news. We were also scheduled with him so not sure why we saw his pa. Anyways I found another provider who was
amazing. We will not be returning to arrowhead women’s center

The receptionist was not aware of my appointment, but did nothing to confirm why I was there or why I signed in for a 10:45 appointment, which was scheduled and confirmed prior to my arrival. I waited approximately 45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Erickson, and then he rushed through the appointment at lightning speed. To the point I had to tell him to stop interrupting me while I was trying to answer his questions. I was unable to ask any questions regarding health concerns I was having, nor did he even ask if I had any concerns.

Dr. Erickson was great, he was a good listener and didn't make me feel rushed. His office, however, is another story. During my last appointment with Dr. Erickson, he informed me that I would need surgery and went over the procedure with me and said that someone from the scheduling department would contact me soon to schedule the procedure. Well, almost 2 weeks later, and I have heard nothing about scheduling the surgery. I have tried calling multiple times, left several voicemails, and gotten no response whatsoever. I also tried calling the main office, but was only able to talk to a human being once; the other times I was placed on hold for 30 minutes and was eventually hung up on. I still have not heard anything regarding the surgery and will probably seek help from another provider who can actually communicate with their patients.

Dr . Erickson is great very professional and friendly as well . Answers all the questions you might have and makes you feel very comfortable. My appointment was at 12:45 and I wasn’t seen till almost 2:15 pm It was a long wait.

Dr. Erickson was very friendly and thorough. The staff made sure I was seen as soon as possible. The wait was not long at all. Everyone was nice and made me feel welcome to the family. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new OBGYN.

Office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Erickson is always very nice, personable and listens to concerns and questions. I have been seeing him for approximately 14 years. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
The wait time is usually longer than I would like but babies aren’t always on the same schedule as the adults. Once I year I can deal with it. Thanks again for a nice, easy experience.

This was my first visit and I waited over an hour. I watched other patients who came after me, get called in before me. No one at the first desk was that helpful. No clear communication that the wait time is over an hour. I’m still waiting to be seen.

I didn’t get all the infos I need, as our first pregnancy together I thought the doctor will give more detail what to expect in first 3 months, help us to calculate the pregnancy. Another thing I had called multiple time to get our prescriptions in.

This was the first time I years I have been to the gynecologist. I put off going from embarrassment. I was able to make a quick appointment with Dr. Ericksons office on ZocDoc. The waiting room was clean and the desk attendants very pleasant. I was notified that Dr. E was out on delivery about 30 minutes after my appointment was to start. I was a bit irritated about that and it seemed the doctor was overbooked as three of us were promised to see his PA instead. An hour later I was taken back and to my surprise the doctor was back. I am a new patient and I examined everything. I was a bit put off by the PA's comments about whether children would be in my future, looked at my age. I mean how can I answer that. Having a baby is God's will. I have been divorced, had a miscarriage, and I am on medications for a condition so I thought that comment was a little insensitive. Other than the wait and the comment the doctors demeanor and knowledge was awesome.

Awesome first visit with Dr. Erickson! I'm so happy I found him after the horrible experience I had with my first pregnancy. I felt comfortable, he was easy going and professional. He got us in and out quickly but still made me feel taken care of. I would highly recommend him and look forward to the next few months with him!
