can’t say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and kind.
Dr. Arroyo and my hygienist, Sheila, were absolutely outstanding. Sheila, in particular, has an incredible bedside manner. She was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that completely relieved the anxiety I’ve carried around the dentist for years. What I had put off for far too long because of fear turned into an experience that was genuinely comfortable and reassuring.
Dr. Arroyo was thorough, professional, and made me feel completely at ease as well. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients.
For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment in six months — something I never thought I’d say. The countless perfect reviews speak for themselves. This team has absolutely earned them.

Overall great experience!! Not only did he provide great care for my first visit but he worked in a dental cleaning and I got a filling done all on my first visit.

My experience with Dr.Arroyos office was fantastic from start to finish. He and his staff were all so very kind and super helpful! They addressed my pain and concern with compassion and empathy. I am someone who struggles with terrible anxiety and fear from previous experiences with dentists so to walk in to Dr. Arroyos office and be treated with so much kindness and genuine want to help was amazing! I didn’t feel rushed or judged in anyway. He’s also a great singer!

Honestly the BEST dental visit I have ever had. From the second I walked in, the front desk staff was genuinely kind, professional, and accommodating. And that goes for the entire office staff. I 1000000% recommend visiting Dr. Arroyo & his amazing team!

Highly recommend this dentist. Usually not a fan of the dentist in general but this doctor and his staff are so friendly! They make sure you feel comfortable and they well Inform you on the procedure as well as expense. My whole family will be going to this dentist after such a great experience.

Everyone in the office were friendly and efficient . I had a totally great experience, which is saying a lot since I hate to go to the dentist, and had not been in 12 years. Dr Mark explained everything in layman terms and answered all of my questions. Am so happy I chose this office. Besides who doesn’t like a singing dentist??

I almost never leave reviews, but these folks deserve one. This might be the best dental office experience I have had ever...from the initial contact via email, to the front desk, to the hygienist and the dentist. Loved them all. So very professional, friendly and genuine. Other offices and dentists/providers could learn a ton about patient and customer service from Dr. Arroyo. I don't love going to the dentist and I have a pretty bad gag reflex, but they were so patient. I also didn't get a lecture about not having seen a dentist in a while or any high-pressure sales pitch. Given my experience today, I would recommend this office and the dentist 100%.

Dr. Arroyo has been my dentist of record for about a year now and he is hands down the most skilled, personable dentist I have ever had. Whenever I am in need he listens to my problem and he clearly explains the best course of action to solve any issue that may arise with my teeth. When he is working, he regularly checks in making sure I am comfortable and I don't feel any pain. His calm and reassuring presence is exactly what I need to calm the anxiety that I may have when going to the dentist. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and affable. Just good, kind, knowledgeable people that value human interactions. Highly, highly recommended!!

Dr Arroyo and his team were amazing! This was, by far, the best DDS experience that I have ever had. They were laid back, but not sloppy. Super friendly!! I didn't feel like they were rushing to get me out. They didn't seem to be over booked. He took his time with me and explained everything. He is gentle and whitty. Very good bedside manner. It was just a really nice visit. Highly recommend for elderly or anyone with a lot of anxiety.
