Dr. Maxwell is personable and knowledgeable physician. He clearly understands your issue(s) and explains to you what he believes your problem is and what might be the underlining causes. He then makes it clear what the plan of action is and asks you if you fully understand what his plan is. As a healthcare professional (professor of pharmacy and pharmacist) I could not be more impressed about his knowledge of drugs. He is a remarkable young physician and I would recommend him to other requiring dermatological treatment. The office staff was also efficient and very friendly.

I saw Dr. Dana Ellis for the first time and I found her very knowledgeable, thorough and super sweet. I would highly recommend her. She did a very thorough job with my full body skin cancer screening.?

After two appointments, I left this practice at the urging of my specialist and pharmacist.
Dr. Ellis prescribed a high-risk medication but didn’t arrange required bi-weekly bloodwork or blood pressure monitoring. She also sent an organ-transplant prescription rather than the dermatologic formulation. An on-call PA corrected it but prescribed a higher dose despite my shocked pharmacist warning him it was unsafe. The issue was never rectified.
When my specialist reported abnormal bloodwork after I began the medication, the office never responded.
Communication was impossible: it took dozens of calls for a referral, yet incorrect paperwork was still sent. Staff frequently failed to document calls or follow up, sent wrong information to my insurance, the patient portal didn't function, and an emergency appointment was cancelled same day.
My records claim I was told about the medication risks and bloodwork was reviewed with me, but neither happened.
I can’t recommend this practice.

He seemed to be in a hurry cause it was 35-40 minutes pass my appointment I had never seen him before and won't use him agine.. i would have liked to know the price difference i probably wouldn't have had the skin tag cut off at that cost when I was still wanting others frozen i could have done it all alot cheaper. But now I know
