**Arthur Direct Care has a strict policy for patients who miss their appointments without notice. Such patients will be charged a no-show fee of $50. Patients who reschedule their appointments within 24 hours of the original appointment time, may be charged a $35 late rescheduling fee. Our clinic extends services to patients within a 20-mile radius which includes the following areas - Hutto, Austin, Round Rock, Taylor, Manor, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. **
We offer a wide range of medical services, including preventative family medicine, weight loss consultation, travel medicine, cosmetic treatments, and urgent care. Our team of highly trained and compassionate professionals takes pride in providing you and your family with personalized medical services tailored to your needs.

I was greeted as soon as I came in the staff was very friendly Dr. Arthur was it was very thorough. I he took his time and went through everything that was going on with me and he sent me for bloodwork and an x-ray. Everyone was friendly, except the lady that draws the blood. She was not very friendly. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but I tried to talk to her and be friendly with her and she resisted me. That was the only bad thing. Everything else was great.

Friendly staff and doctor was very attentive. Did not have to wait at all, was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment. Had several tests run and both the doctor and staff were kind enough to thoroughly explain things to me when I had questions. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Arthur and the staff at his practice. My experience there was a surprising and refreshing departure from my experiences at institutions like Total Men's Primary Care and Baylor Scott White in every way one might measure. The most important one, to me, is that Arthur Direct Care clearly puts medicine before billing. The others I mentioned absolutely do not.

First time visit went very well. I’ve had a hard time finding a doctor I like since moving here and I’ve finally found one! The ladies at the front desk were lovely and very helpful. Dr Arthur was very welcoming and had wonderful bedside manner. Everything was very easy & smooth from booking, re-booking, checking in and out. Overall very happy with my experience and recommend to anyone looking for a new Doctor.

Everyone was very friendly. The wait was a little long, but I didn't mind because the doctor spent as much time as he needed to address my questions and concerns.
Also as a fat person I was also very happy the doctor did not mention my weight. I'm glad some doctors realize that hammering away at fat people's weight is not constructive.
