Might not be the nicest office but any health care professional that really listens to you and cares about getting to the root of a problem is worth their weight in gold.

The NP was nice and communicative. But after almost an hour of waiting she just gave me a referral. Feels like a visit that does not worth the money and time.

I scheduled an appointment to remove my birth control implant. I called and they verified it could be done. I drove an hour to get there to be told they couldn’t perform the procedure

Dr. Efunbajo was very friendly and attentive. She listened to my concerns and provided a few solutions to help with my concerns. The front desk staff was also very friendly and got me back to see her right away. No wait time and less than five people in the waiting room. My only con was the location of the office, but there was plenty of parking so that made it easier for me.

Dr. Grace always went above and beyond to make sure I as a patient feel comfortable and all my concerns are taken care of. I wish Doctor Grace best of luck in her career.

Grace was wonderful, very kind and patient despite it being a VERY busy and hectic Saturday. She expressed much concern over my symptoms and wanted to help the best possible way she could. However, with no fault with Grace at all, I arrived for a walk in at 8:45am, 15 minutes after opening, was seen by a nurse or the initial screening, and was seated right outside Grace's door. Shortly after, another patient and I were asked to sit back out front. After waiting for 3 hours outfront, we were finally told "Oh! You all can head back there!" And come to find upon meeting with Dr Grace that she called for me two hours prior, which would've been 10:30am, not 12:30pm. I was exhausted from waiting around with nothing to do and ended up being very late to an event I had later that day due to this miscommunication. All things considered I will continue to go to Anne Arundel Medical and see Dr.Grace in the future. Hopefully no more blunders like that though!
