I have never worked with a psychiatrist who demonstrated such genuine care for my well being. Dr. Ohene is thoughtful, patient, and deeply committed to understanding me. From the first appointment, I felt heard and supported in a way that made it easy to speak with her for hours. She helped me identify clear next steps for medication management and guided me toward getting my life back on track.
Her expertise and compassion set her apart, and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone seeking a psychiatrist who truly prioritizes their patients. Dr. Ohene has made a meaningful difference in my life, and I am sincerely grateful for her care.

I thought the appointment was a true mess. I waited in the online waiting room for 15 and then I received a phone call from the front desk personnel. I never saw the provider because of some sort of technical issue. We were on the phone for about an hour. I do have to say, that she had a very thick accent. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my medicine refilled that day. Let's just wrap it up by saying, because of the compromised technical problems, I surprised we got as far as we did.

We discussed two medications, decided on one, and when I went to pick up my prescription it was the one we decided against and the quantity was missing so there was a delay on top of the error. I felt pressured by this office to leave a review but didn't because I had nothing nice to say and it could have just been a bad day for her or the office. I just called and cancelled my appointment so I could move on and I was going to leave it at that. Until I got a call on the day of my cancelled appointment asking if I was going to show up. This office needs serious work on consistency and professionalism.
