Dr. Acosta help resolve my knee and back issue. I had gone to other places and they wouldn't do much other than adjust me... but never a treatment plan or a solution. The adjustment I received from Ascendance Chiropractic was probably the best adjustment I have ever received. He took time to listen to me and hear exactly where I was in pain. He adjusted my back in exactly the right spot and my pain went away. He also told me how I could alleviate pain in my low back until I could get another adjustment. This all happened in the parking lot at a 5k that I was attending. I will be returning. Thank you!

Dr. Acosta knew exactly what kind of treatment I needed as soon as he started the adjustment. I came in with a lot of tightness, stress, and tension in my neck/back, but left feeling refreshed like extra weight was lifted away from both areas. I highly recommend Dr. Acosta!
