Dr Slotten is a super busy doctor that still takes time to hear you out and give you the time you need. I really enjoy him.

Dr. Slotten was badly injured the weekend prior to my appointment, hit by a car. He suffered a broken wrist and was banged up, with some stitches above one eyebrow. Yet there he was, providing the best, most thoughtful care. That is dedication!!

The staff was very efficient and coordinated from The front desk to the nurses to the checkout process. I was very impressed.
The fact that every single visit over the past 14+ years that my husband and I have been Dr. Slotten's patients, that his entire team from reception (Debbie) to nursing (Keondra) to the on-site lab techs are CONSISTENTLY (like, literally, Every. Single. Time!!!) excellent / outstanding with their knowledge, efficiency, compassion, responsiveness, listening, understanding... is above and beyond to me. Dr. Slotten and his team do everything possible, as thoughtfully and thoroughly as possible -- that standard of care is hard to find, and it is absolutely amazing to me and something I have never once taken for granted. I am so grateful to Dr. Slotten and his team for keeping my family healthy and well looked after by wonderful referrals to specialists as needed.
This is wonder team. They help calm me down when I was nervous out test results and always gave me a since of security that I was in good hand. Love my medical team.

The reception and nursing staff at Dr. Slotten’s office are very warm and friendly. They always remember me and are so sweet. I love Slotten, but the staff is a big part of my loyalty. They put me at ease and never make me feel like they want to be anywhere but with their patients. This is a special group of people and very rare.
Liz the nurse is always great. Dr. Slotten is fantastic as well. Front desk staff - still needs work. Not terrible friendly and seems distracted by cell phone.
Dr Slotten is in my opinion the best doctor in Chicago. He is always concerned and involved with my overall health. He answers questions in terms I understand.

Wait time wasn't long, and overall time there was great. Doctor Gupta was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to address any additional concerns. Highly recommended.

I felt that the doctor was unable to get the right medical treatment for this issue that we came in with and digging into it to come up with a solution.
No, when I made my appointment I specifically asked to speak with a psychiatrist there and whoever I spoke with on the phone ensured me that I would be seeing one. I get there for my appt, my insurance was not cooperating so they made me pay $231 (payment not their problem, but paying before I even see anyone, was ridiculous.) I say it’s ridiculous because I was scheduled for a psychiatrist and paid for a doctor to tell me I need certain meds ASAP and would not even let me tell her all of my problems, just one of several I had wrote down to speak about. I’m so disappointed it’s not even funny, this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to reach out for help for myself in the last 3 years and every time nobody will listen, so I’m done trying. I’ll figure it out myself.
Dr. Gupta is excellent. I am extremely disappointed that you are closing her practice in Carpentersville. You could have placed another provider at that practice instead of closing it. She was the best doctor in Carpentersville.
Dr Gupta was very thorough and she was able to give me all the treatment necessary for my recovery and also orders for future treatment if needed.
I love my doctor and her associate and the people that work in their office I haven't felt this comfortable with a doctor in years and I hope to be with them for many more they show more care and concern for my needs and my issues then I have ever seen with another doctor
