I love my new doctor! Dr. Sefaradi was a great listener, and has a great personality. She was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Booking with her office was easy and she saw me right away. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really enjoyed the office visit!

Elizabeth and Dr. Sefaradi are great. They listen to your concerns and you get seen quickly. My only issue has been with insurance but they are working to fix this. Other than that, they really care about me as a person and even willing to help me during my struggle with work right now.

I had an online appointment with Dr. Sefaradi, not in person. He is very friendly, a good listener and inquisitive. He asks simple questions that help us get to clarity. He had very practical betterment suggestions and how we should monitor progress. Overall I'd recommend him greatly and would love to see him in person in if I make it down to LA.

Great doctor and nurse practitioner the older woman in the front desk is not friendly at all. Every-time I go in she gives me a look and when I call asking about a referral or my results she answers the phone with extreme attitude. You’d think if you’re in the medical industry you’d know how to talk to people. I’m a working professional myself and never in the years of my experience have I ever answered the phone saying “what” . I deal with clients all day myself and deliver exceptional customer service. When i call the office i expect a professional to answer not a lady who has poor customer care. Dr Sefaradi is great but the lady who answers the phone needs to be mindful about the way she talks to people.

Dr Sefaradi and his staff have been beyond exceptional. Every time I have a concern or question his team and him are there to assist me. They are very patient with me and very attentive to my concerns. I’m glad I chose Dr Sefaradi and Ms. Ibarra to be my doctors they make a great team. They are compassionate, caring and gentle in every way. I’ve never been happier and comfortable seeing a doctor until now. I would highly recommend seeing them if you have the chance.

Very nice doctor and admin staff. Wait was quite long though, but overall very kind and attentive, which I needed whilst being in a lot of pain. Unfortunately office location is a bit far for me to make them my regularly PCP, but otherwise would see them again!

This review is actually for Dr. Elizabeth and the front desk, who works with/for Dr. Ash. The front desk reception were amazing and super sweet! Made sure I was well taken care of as I waited. Dr Liz is a game changer for me! I’m from New York and moved across country to LA so it’s been a time of searching for the right expert to take care of my health concerns. She was empathetic, kind, smart, thoughtful and responsive. I’m looking forward to being a regular patient of hers!

Really appreciated Dr. Sefaradi’s explanation of my condition, and how to remedy it. He took his time explaining things to me in terms that I could understand and really understood that I was nervous and made me feel comfortable and heard. I appreciated that more than anything. He also knew way more than the countless other doctors I’ve seen, and demonstrated this to me by using simple terms to explain a very complex disease process. He also called me a few days later to explain all my lab results and how they related to my symptoms, and prescribed both allopathic medications and told me holistic ways to treat the origin of my conditions. This doctor just gets people and medicine in a way that I wish all doctors would.

The nurse working the desk was amazing and deserves a raise! I was there to get tested for testicular cancer and she made me feel comfortable and was funny and I was dancing to her music. The doctor was funny and made me comfortable, despite my obvious nerves of possibly having cancer (which I ended up not having). He was relatable and gave me the facts without any b.s. I immediately knew I wanted him to be my PCP.

Dr. Sefaradi is a terrific doctor! He is thorough and incredibly patient, and is happy to answer any and all questions. This is so rare to find and it is so very much appreciated. The staff in Dr. Sefaradi's office are likewise fantastic!

I would highly recommend Dr. Seferadi if he accepts your insurance. He is very kind and thorough and I trusted him right away. This was my first visit with him and I feel very comfortable making him my primary care physician.
