I have moved around, almost every year, to new cities and have had many therapists since then. Ashley is far and away one of the best therapists I've ever worked with.
Working with Ashley made me feel seen and heard. She was very easy to connect with and I greatly valued her holistic approach in connecting the past experiences I've had to my daily lived experience now. She was always very easy to talk to and I greatly miss working with her, as it's been hard to find another therapist I can feel so understood by while also receiving meaningful help.
I can't recommend Ashley enough. If her skill sets and specialty suit you, I don't think you'd be led astray in giving therapy with her a chance.
