Absolutely fantastic service from the front desk, Carolina (DA) and Dr. Patel! I’m very grateful for this clinic. Carolina was incredibly patient and compassionate for all the imaging/dental prep, Dr. Patel has incredible “bedside” manner, communication skills, and evaluation/dental knowledge without being shameful about my oral hygiene. Allie was able to both explain clearly and provide transparency regarding my insurance/coverage inquiries.

From my past experiences, going to the dentist can always result in a lot of surprises e.g you have all of these procedures that need to do but do not know how much they will cost so can’t plan ahead of time. The experience with this office has been the opposite in a good way. Prior to the appointment: They called me days in advance on what would and wouldn’t be covered by my insurance and helped me find the best way to make sure I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for the routine services. During the appointment: All the staff and the doctor were very friendly and took their time getting my X-rays taken, explaining all the cavities and issues I had (??) and constructed the best dental plan to get them taken care of. I now know when all my appointments will be happening and can walk in and out with more confidence ??

I needed a "Provider" for cowards. My past dental experiences have not been the best. From the minute I walked in to the office, I was greeted promptly and warmly by the person at the front desk. They explained the insurance information up front so I understood the coverage at the beginning. The dental assistant was very pleasant and put me at ease, taking x-rays with a patient and gentle touch. The provider explained steps in the process and the findings on the x-rays. We then discussed options as well as costs with the manager of the practice and various options. It is rare to find a practice where the entire team is patient focused. You won't find another dentist like this in Las Vegas. The office is gorgeous and well designed, the software implementation is unique and the concierge service is one of a kind.
Beyond that most dentists in the Valley practice dishonesty from my experience lying to patients (we obviously can't understand X-rays) and convincing patients to pay for unnecessary procedures.
Dr.patal is so honest, genuine and extremely knowledgable. GO HERE!!
