Dr. Assil seems to be the ultimate professional and the office appears to be very patient friendly and professional. I was seen promptly by a technician who also manages the office.
The appointment got off to a bad start when parking was limited and I am not familiar with Santa Monica. I booked on ZocDoc and the receptionist had no record of me. Even so, they agreed to see me.
The entire staff was extremely courteous and I believe attentive and professional.
I was not expecting that the appointment would take over 2 hours but it did, I missed a physical therapy appointment in Westlake Village due to my late departure from this initial visit.

I was asked to reschedule my original appointment, and then when I arrived for the rescheduled appointment they asked me to complete all of the intake paperwork that I had already completed previously online. Other than that, the appointment was great.
