We are a proudly independent, physician-owned medical group with locations in Greenwich, Fairfield, and North Haven, serving Connecticut communities for nearly 50 years. Our group is not part of a large hospital system or corporate healthcare conglomerate like Yale New Haven Health or other large companies. We operate entirely independently, relying on word-of-mouth referrals, patient reviews, and our own local outreach — not a corporate marketing machine or institutional network.
Even though we're a small group, our doctors are anything but ordinary. Our physicians trained at some of the most prestigious medical institutions in the country, including Yale New Haven Health, Harvard teaching hospitals, Cleveland Clinic, Temple, Emory, and others. Many of us graduated at the top of our class and have brought that same dedication and excellence to the way we care for our patients every day.
We have intentionally remained independent to ensure that decisions about your health are made by you and your doctor — not by a hospital system or administrator. This autonomy allows us to spend more time with each patient, offer highly personalized, boutique-style care, and avoid the rushed, impersonal experience that has become all too common in larger healthcare systems.
In big medical groups, referrals are often made internally without a true understanding of the patient or the specialist. Here, every referral is thoughtful and tailored, based on who we trust and what’s best for you — not who shares a corporate umbrella.

Dr.Novak was great, down to earth, has a good bedside manner, knowledgeable, funny and very helpful. This was the 1st time I saw a podiatrist and he took X-rays without me asking and explained my foot issues and reviewed all non-surgery options. I highly recommend him.

Upon walking in, the front staff was very amicable and helped me with whatever questions I had. This was my first time going to a podiatrist so I was a bit nervous about my procedure for an ingrown toenail. However, Dr. Novak explained everything in detail and was very kind in doing so! He talked to me throughout the procedure and made sure I didn’t feel pain. Would highly recommend coming here!

Friendly, made sure I was comfortable, good wait time from appt time. Had an ingrown he numbed my toe extremely well and took care of the problem. No issues moving forward would see him again if I had another. Hopefully I never have to go back though. Would def recommend.
