They seemed surprised I was coming; they had called me one time to move my appointment time right after I made it, but then nothing else. When I got there, they claimed they had called mulitple times, but my phone showed no other calls from their number. They hadn't contacted my primary care provider to get the records they needed, and I waited about an hour after my appointment time before the doc could see me. They seemed generally overwhelmed administratively. The doc was great once I actually saw her, with a clear action plan.
