This was a very easy appt to book. They had alot of different available times/days open. I was running late 8am i85 traffic and called them and they were great about understanding and still took us back. I was 17 minutes late. The person at the front desk greated me and told to calm down and take deep breaths and dont worry they will still see my kids.
The PA in the office has been there since my kids started going there 13 yrs ago. They have very little staff turnover which you dont see too often.
Now let's get to the good stuff. Dr Black is the most informed doctor Ive ever taken my kiddos to. He listens well and explains what is going on with my childerns asthma in a very understandable way. He even explains things down to a child's level so they understand.
The office overall has NEVER dismissed my concerns as not valid. They have always called me back.
You cant miss an appt cause you will get a phone call reminder,text and an email.
Best office in town.

Dr. Thomas was awesome! He explained in detail maybe be going on and gave me confidence we can improve it. We had a couple laughs too. All characteristics that made a doctor’s visit a good experience. All his coworkers were cool too.

Dr. Thomas was a great doctor! This was my son’s and my first visit to the office off Mallard Creek, and he took the time to explain everything so clearly. It’s rare nowadays to find such caring and thorough doctors he truly is one of them.
