If you’re looking for someone to comfort you through this experience, I do not recommend Natalie. Maybe she was having a bad day however had I been in a bad place mentally she probably would’ve sent me over the edge. I understand how annoying and frustrating it can be for clients to show up late seeing I’m in a field similar. I called prior to my appointment. Let them know that I was going be there right at my appt time. The office ladies were super sweet. I acknowledged that I understood if time needed to be taken off my appointment. Natalie rolled her eyes at me as she took me back while lecturing me about the late policy and also had a student with her, that I was unaware of prior to the appointment. I have anxiety about being late places as well, no need to make me feel worse. I felt less than. I hate writing bad reviews, but I would hate worse for somebody that was really struggling mentally to walk in her office and be treated that way. I felt 10 times worse walking out.
