Horrible experience both times. Provide insure prior to appointment as requested. When I got there, I was told they could only take X-rays while waiting on insurance coverage. They came back to me and stated several times “surprisingly” I have great insurance. Still no real service took place. But they could get it scheduled. I was told everything has been approved and we can schedule a date for the service. The day before my appointment I received several text messages confirming my appointment. Next day, I arrive to my appointment after waiting two weeks since the first one. The dentist comes in and explains they are still waiting for approval of coverage. This is not what I was told at my last appointment. I began to put my things on to leave. As I am walking out. The receptionist comes in stating they did get an approval.
I left with no services done and wouldn’t recommend. The place is clean if that’s all that matters.

Dr. Monika Kak and her team have wonderful bedside manner and listened to my concerns without making me feel judged for the current condition of my mouth. I left the appointment with a treatment plan in place, follow-up appointment set and the referral I came for. The office manager was very thorough in explaining payment options and finding a route that works for me. New patient exam and x-rays were affordable compared to other offices in the area. Highly recommend.

Schedule an appointment for tooth ache but was only examined. Needed to make another appointment to take care of it. If the tooth ache was the reason I set up the appointment I don’t understand why it was not taken care of with this appointment. I didn’t schedule a cleaning I scheduled a tooth ache, just waste of my time.

They called me this morning to confirm my appointment that was scheduled later today. I asked if they would accept my insurance (humana epo) they told me yes, they do accept it. So I took my son this afternoon for his appointment and gave them my insurance card thinking everything would be covered. However, after it was done they told me that they would not accept my insurance. So I ended up paying from my pocket.

I'm a sucker for great bedside manner. She was nice but I prefer a more "warm fuzzy" type of personality. I also had a little trouble understanding her through her accent. I have anxiety and so does my daughter. She seemed a bit rough on her and I was bleeding quite a bit from a basic cleaning which I know can be normal. I have to return for fillings but I'm not looking forward to it.

The staff were nice, friendly, kind and caring about my overall well being as well as comfort. I have been seeing the same dentist all of my life and this was my first time going to someone else.
