So far so good for an initial appointment. Impressed with head scan to provide an image of nasal blockages, Dr. Atkins" diagnosis, and immediate RX remedies until I come back in 2 weeks to check results. Office staff was extremely efficient.

I would strongly advice against seeing Dr. Thomas Willson until the Atkins Expert Sinus Center makes revisions to their nursing staff, as it deeply affected the quality of my care.
Dr. Willson was lovely. However, I have never had such difficulty receiving a prescription a doctor ordered for me. It took approximately *8 phone calls*, several voicemails, and over *5 days* to get Dr. Wilson’s “nursing line” to order my medication. There is no situation where this is ok.
In the very likely event you get redirected to voicemail on the nursing line at Atkins Sinus Center, you will be lucky to receive a call by the end of the business day - Most of my messages were not responded to at all. The only reason I actually got my medication is because I got lucky to have a nurse pick up on the end of the 5th day - Probably, by accident.
I asked to speak with Dr. Willson to convey this information privately, but of course, the nursing staff told me no. So, I hope this is helpful feedback.

There are truly no words to express how grateful I am to Dr. Thomas Willson. I came to him in unbearable pain, scared and desperate for relief. From the moment he walked into the room, he treated me with such compassion, kindness, and respect. He listened, he cared, and most importantly, he helped me when I needed it most.
Because of Dr. Willson, I finally found relief. His skill, professionalism, and genuine compassion made all the difference. I will never forget the care he gave me, and I will always be thankful. If you're looking for an ENT doctor who truly cares about his patients, Dr. Thomas Willson is simply the best.
