Atlanta Gynecology

Please note our practice is located in Johns Creek. Once you book an appointment, you will receive an email to login to the Athena patient portal. It is easier to use the AthenaPatient App. Please download from app store and check in for appointment. Please login and click on self-checkin link. We are completely paperless so all paperwork is done through the portal. New patients only: Please sign the forms, upload your insurance card and ID and complete your medical history before your appointment. New patients who do not do self check-in completely before their appointment need to come in 30 minutes before their appointment or may need to reschedule. We enforce this in order for us to see all patients on time without any wait. We honor all women and understand the unique challenges that they face. We believe that all expect and deserve honesty, compassion, professionalism and absolute confidentiality from their health care providers. We appreciate our patients and recognize the great privilege it is to serve them. We offer personalized care not found in large group practices.
