At Atlanta Integrative Psychiatry, our mission is to provide comprehensive and integrative care. We combine multiple psychological and medical disciplines to build a truly holistic, individualized model of treatment for our patients. Our goal of quality care ensures that providers are working as a team and collaborating on behalf of their patients.
Each patient can expect a thorough evaluation and consultation to assess, diagnose, and treat patients based on the most cutting-edge scientific findings. Our psychiatric professionals collaborate with the patient to systematically evaluate the underlying causes of patients symptoms and educate them on the latest and most effective evidence-based treatments available to them. After identifying the root cause(s) of your symptoms, a number of treatments and interventions may be utilized such as: medications, TMS therapy, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, and esketamine therapy.
Integrative psychiatry, a form of integrative medicine and general psychiatry, takes a whole-person approach to mental health by helping you enhance all these areas of your life to promote better psychological well-being and cognitive function. The initial visit was a little pricey without insurance but the psychiatrist was extremely professional, understanding and his credentials were very impressive. He was articulate and explained his plan for care going forward. He was also conservative in his approach to managing my medication that could potentially cause long-term adverse effects. He is ethical and will not over-prescribe medication, which I appreciate.

Dr. Haque is great. Highly skilled and knowledgeable. Great initial appointment. I did leave, after a short time of reflection, disappointed. This is due to 2 reasons: 1. I’ve agreed to work with and follow guidance of “Wild Health”. Among other health actions, my WH Dr., Carl Seger, recommended integrated therapy to include Psychiatry, Therapy, and use of medication to relieve withdrawal of medications I am/was taking. 2. I explained how miserable I was, which Dr. Haque correctly explained was due to PAWS. Yet, given both of above, he still did not make the medicinal therapy which Wild Health prescribed and which apparently I need as I continue to experience horrible bouts of emotional distress nearly every afternoon.
