PLEASE NOTE: Annual skin cancer screenings are NOT classified as ‘preventive care’ under most insurance plans. These visits are billed as new patients or diagnostic, even without a current skin concern. If you have questions, we encourage you to contact our office and your insurance company before your appointment.

NEW PATIENTS:
Due to an increase in appointment no-shows via Zocdoc, our office has implemented a 'Card on File Policy' for all new patients. A valid credit or debit card is now required to secure your appointment.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy:
'If you fail to show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $75 no-show fee will be charged.'
We understand that emergencies happen and will gladly waive this fee in the event of an unexpected situation.
Please note: If a card is not placed on file at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be cancelled. You may provide this information by phone or through the patient portal.
