I was very nervous about starting fresh with a new Primary, had not been to the doctor in a few years and wanted to get back on track with annual physical and other age related (50) exams. Dr. Lugo was very thorough and took his time asking questions about family history and other to provide guidance and customized care to my personal medical history. There was no judgment about neglecting my health in the past and felt good about moving forward! As someone who works in healthcare, I am hyper focused on a clean medical environment. The front desk and nurse was also friendly, patient and helpful.

I have never felt as comfortable in a doctor’s office as I did with Dr. Carstens and the staff. I am a new patient and this was my very first visit. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. Dr. Carstens was super thorough and took her time. I didn’t feel rushed. She was clear in everything she said and responded to my questions with care. She made me feel in mutual control during my appointment, ensuring that I had the option to proceed or decline any medical care. Dr. Carsten showed that she cares about the patient in the room. I’m so glad I came to this office and cannot recommend her enough!

I’m new to the area and needed to do my annual physical which was a bit overdue and Doctor Carstens and her staff were all lovely, even the receptionist was great. Doctor Carstens listened to things I’ve been worried about and did tests right then and there and recommendations for out of house ones. She’s great, book her!
