I went because of new insurance and I need a new dentist. I got to their office early and the door was locked ? The only signage was 8 to 5 . It was 10 till 1 so I figured they closed for lunch but it didn't say. So I sighed in when they opened up and filled out the new patient paperwork. They took x rays and measured my gums. Then I finally saw the dentist at about 2: 30. Not a bad experience but I have called twice since my visit trying to get my cost on two fillings I need and still haven't heard back? It's been 3 days since my second call. I guess they are short handed but it shouldn't take this long.

The office manger was friendly and efficient. She made sure that she rechecked my insurance and made sure that everything was charged out correctly. She also was very helpful when scheduling my next appointment. Going to any denist is not a pleasant thought, but the staff at this office made my visit pleasant because of their clear communication and a commitment to let me know they would take care of my health. The hygienist was also knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.
