I was greeted immediately upon arriving at Atlas Eye Care and Eyewear, which made for a welcoming first impression.
The check-in process was seamless. The front desk representative verified my information on the computer and then invited me to have a seat. I waited only about five minutes before being called into the examination room by the optometrist’s assistant. After the preliminary testing was completed, I was asked to wait briefly in the reception area before being escorted back to the examination room to see the doctor.
Dr. Swift entered the room with a warm smile, greeted me with a handshake, and introduced himself. He conducted a thorough eye examination, explaining everything clearly throughout the visit. Before concluding the appointment, he asked if I had any questions and took the time to ensure all of my concerns were addressed.
Overall, I had an excellent experience. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and efficient, making my first visit comfortable.
