I won’t be back. It had been a bit since I had been to a dentist and I filled out all the insurance information online, but didn’t bring my physical card. The office was very nice about that and helped me and allowed me to go home and get it and come back later.
Now the dentist, didn’t talk or smile at me hardly at all. She didn’t ask a single question besides “why are you here?”. I have a papilloma on my tonsil she didn’t mention, nothing about my brushing habits, nothing about coming back. When I cried during the cleaning, she said nothing. Not even “it’s okay take your time”. When I told her I was nervous because I had a previous bad experience, she said nothing. When I had no cavities and was proud of myself and surprised, she said nothing and seemed disappointed she couldn’t sell me something. When I said I would use fluoride toothpaste at home, she said that isn’t enough? I really was looking for a kind, personable dentist I could come back to yearly, and this was not it.

I found Dr. Burloc to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable and up to date with current procedures.. i am very comfortable with our procedure plans and I am pleased that she is capable of doing many procedures in her office. I would highly recommend her and I already have.

Dr. Burlac and my hygienist were great and friendly. The receptionist ruined my experience, which is disappointing since she is not the one caring for my teeth but has encouraged me to not return based on her customer service. The receptionist failed to greet me and made me stand around for 5 minutes as she talked with a third party company about an issue. This was not a situation where she could not pause the conversation to greet me but decided to put a clipboard on the counter and said “insurance card and ID” with no instruction. After my appointment, I was directed to her desk again to check out. She didn’t even look at me, mumbled something, and then said an appointment day without asking me what works best for me, just said a day and stared at the screen. I didn’t know she was speaking to me since she had an AirPod in her ear and I thought she was on the phone again. I asked her if she was one the phone and she rudely said “no” and looked at me as though I was supposed to know.

I have major anxiety about going to the dentist and hadn’t been in several years. Both the hygienist and Dr. Burluc were so nice and comforted my fears. Always asking if I was okay and that I was comfortable. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend her!

This was the best dental experience of my life. Firstly, the checkin was fast, and the paperwork was just the right amount. They didn't wait too long to get me in.
Then, the hygienist gave me GREAT service with a super clean and not too much pain (was careful when poking). After the cleaning and x-rays, the dentist came in and answered 3 very pressing questions about my dental health involving recommendations for Invisalign, recommendations of filling my tooth (missing) with a bridge, brushing my teeth (recommend for best brush). All questions were answered quickly and professionally. I will not hesitate to return to this office.

The consultation time with the actual dentist was pretty short and she had my wait a bit as she was on the phone prior. She was kind and her assessment/recommendations were pretty straightforward. The dental hygienist was awesome - great bedside manner, explained everything she was doing, and answered all of my questions. I made an appointment to return in 6 months.

I was lucky to find an appointment on the same day I booked it, and the office was only 5 minutes from my house. It was in a nice area, nice building, and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist and the dentist were both awesome. I’d recommend this place to all.

I had a great experience at Dr. Burluc's office today! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Burluc was calm, informative, and kind. She had a gentle touch with her dental work, and informed me of what she was doing every step of the way. I felt heard and cared for in a way I don't usually feel in a dentist's office. The office was quiet and calm, and they are taking COVID safety precautions. I highly recommend Dr. Burluc!
