Seeing Dr. Cristofano for the first time was a pleasure! I will continue with him as my psychiatrist going forward.
This was my first time seeing a psychiatrist virtually and it couldn't have been easier. The email instructions prior to the appointment were clear and easy to follow. A real person from his office also texted me to confirm my insurance information and they were very patient, polite, and able to work with my unusual insurance situation.
He joined the virtual appointment punctually and it was easy to see and to hear him. I felt comfortable talking to him, he actively listened, and I felt his empathy. He asked great questions and I feel confident he will be able to make good medication decisions for me. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Cristofano.

This was my first time seeing a psychiatrist and I absolutely loved the meeting. The psychiatrist was very nice and helpful in general. He had a chill talk with me to learn about my background and then cut straight to the point about my conditions. He gave good explanations of his diagnosis and prescriptions. The meeting overall was harmonious, efficient, and effective.
