We are getting to know each other because it was my first appointment, but I can already say that I felt not only heard but understood. On top of that, the space was very calming, and I would absolutely recommend it.

I booked this appointment on Zocdoc where my insurance was approved. I arrived at the appointment and waited 15 minutes before calling their number. The woman who answered answered told me she had been trying to get a hold of me to cancel the appointment due to my insurance, not being accepted. I did not have a call, text or email from the Austin mindfulness center about canceling this appointment. The appointment is still showing in Zocdoc but apparently it was canceled and I never had the appointment. All in all, it was a waste of time. ?

Horrible platform for appointments. They didn’t confirm my appt before so I didn’t go. Also, the ofc contacted me before to tell me Zocdoc had mistakenly scheduled my appt though someone else was booked at same time. Especially bad since I was clear that I was desperate to speak with someone about severe depression.
