I am a health and wellness enthusiast with training in kinesiology and counseling practices. As a mind-body therapist, I help individuals and families identify, develop and implement lifestyle choices that are mentally and physically healthy for mind-body wellness. I offer individuals and families in therapy the option to participate in a mind-body therapy program that includes the following: -Physical health assessment -Mental health assessment -Private one-on-one therapy sessions -Customized plan for change -Ongoing support and evaluation from a licensed therapist and physiologist.
